Fire Chief Gord Schreiner, CFO

Gord joined the fire service in 1975 and is the Fire Chief of Comox Fire Rescue. His duties also include operating a fire training centre used by dozens of other fire departments. Schreiner has traveled (and still does) all over North America delivering countless programs to thousands of firefighters. In 2010 the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs named Schreiner “Career Fire Chief of the Year”. Schreiner has written numerous articles for Firefighting in Canada under the heading #stopbad!
